KYNIVRA PRIVACY
Your fitness life is yours to control.
This page explains how Kynivra currently handles the information used to create accounts, build profiles, and support connections.
Information you choose to provide
To create an account, Kynivra stores your name, email address, and account credentials. Your Fitness Identity can include the profile details you choose to add, such as fitness interests, goals, activities, preferences, prompts, and a profile photo.
How profile information is used
Kynivra uses profile choices to show compatible people, explain app-generated compatibility estimates, support mutual matches, and enable messages between matched members. Other members see only the profile details selected for discovery, not your account email or exact birth date.
Approximate location only
Kynivra uses broad distance buckets such as nearby or local. It does not show exact addresses or publicly share precise location, and the current app does not use background location tracking.
Optional display preferences
You may choose an app display language, broad country or region code, time zone, and metric or imperial units. These optional display preferences help format the app for you. They do not reveal your exact location, replace broad distance settings, or affect who can discover or match with you.
Your controls and safety reports
You can hide your profile from discovery and turn messages off in your Fitness Identity settings. Blocking removes that connection from your experience. Reports and the details submitted with them may be reviewed by authorized Kynivra moderators to help protect the community.
Product analytics
Kynivra may use product analytics to understand broad usage, such as page views and key account or connection actions. When analytics is enabled, it may use browser storage or cookies. Kynivra does not attach the fitness profile details you provide to the Kynivra events used for product measurement.
